Application

This machine is suitable for cotton, hemp, wool, man-made wool, acrylic bulked yarn and blended into a twisted yarn, to do dyeing and processing.

Use AC frequency convertor to adjust liquid amount of dyeing agent and recycle times, to realize stepless speed adjustment, to meet different dyeing requirements.

Double machine combined using, multiply increase the production output, in the same time, decrease dyelot chromatism.

Machine structure

Main cylinder body

Cabinet type horizontal open door, the bottom or upper of cylinder is designed with direct steam pipe and indirect steam heating coil pipe.

Recycle axial flow pump

Use huge flow rate, low water-raising-capacity axial flow pump, pass through the upper and lower flow-equalization-board which is inside the dyeing cylinder, to form inside recycle system.

According to the different varieties of yarn dyeing process requirements, circulating pump speed can be adjusted in order to achieve the purpose of flow transformation.

Dosing pump

Work in with charging tank to finish the task of injecting dyeing agent and auxiliary.

Sampling device

Place behind the cylinder, easy to get sample.

Heat exchanger

Consist of direct steam heating and indirect heating pipe, put in the bottom of cylinder, do process of warm-up, warm-stay and cool down.
