Application:

This Machine is applicable for coating and drying the cotton,polyester cotton/chemical fiber and woven fabric. Advanced small circulation modular drying chamber (copy of Germany Montfort’s, free to assemble), infrared edge detection system. The whole machine is driven by AC frequency conversion transmission, and bridge control board equipped with TV monitoring devices.

Technical process flow

Open width feeding(electric edge suction) →coating head→ bridge type transmission case →infrared edge detection → pin plate → into 2-chamber drying →cold water roller cooling → center rolling draw-out

Machine structure:
Feeding frame: composed of feeding pipe,cloth tighten frame,electric edge suction,cloth guiding roller,channel steel frame etc.
Hot air small circulation blow head to head through air flue, air quantity of top and bottom air flue can be adjusted,2 building-block chambers.
Each chamber with one radator,2 circulation fans, driven by high-temperature-resistance motor.
Filtering network in front of radiator, easy for cleaning after stopping, improving the heat efficiency.
Main transmission and rail system: feeding in and out lengthening rail, 7.5KW AC motor drives spline shaft, drive chain through worm gear case, pin plate or clip through steel structure rail, stable running, chain with constant-tension device. Rail modulation collective drive, both ends of chamber has solely micromatic setting.
Cooling and doffing system: cold air cooling and cold water roller cooling, rolling feeding out.
