primary structure

Barrel :cylinder head and cylinder body using containers rolled steel sheet suppression and designated by the state bureau of technical supervision .

Main drum : hollow skeletal structure is made of high quality stainless steel seamless steel tube , one end is connected to the electric box output shaft coupling . both ends are sealed mechanically in order to prevent the cylinder body to leak steam .

The dye bath : tub is made of SUS321 steel . it is equipped with fabric guide roller and insult block , on both sides of groove and top cover, it uses high quality stainless steel plate and is equipped with two heating tube at the bottom .

Electrical transmission case : electrical transmission box is installed in the base , with two dc motor with ( frequency ), it transmits power into the master cylinder by gear, and goes through the main roller sprocket to counter and main drum circle number is displayed by the counter .
