High Efficiency Fiber Automatic Dyeing Machine Flow Injection Style

SME236D high temperature high speed jet dyeing machine.The characteristics of the dyeing machine is widely applicable to multi-functional , dyeing tank with special shape , adjustable nozzle and stepless transmission cloth guide roller . Dyeing liquid is pumped from the cylinder , to the nozzle after filter , heater , at the same time by the cloth guide roller to send fabric to a nozzle , and can make the fabric orderly stacked to achieve high efficiency levelling and make the fabric deformation reduce to a minimum .

Application

This machine is used for natural or synthetic fiber , blended fiber cloth , such as light ( 70 g / m ) or thick fabric ( 600 g / m ) high value fabric , it can efficiently preshrink and dye , especially superfine fiber , composite fiber and the fiber of high density fabric will have no problem in dyeing. The use of special tail design , make the cloth natural and orderly pleated , flow smoothly in the operation. Speed control is in 150-600 - m / min .

Overflow nozzle designs into round , square , the entrance is a trumpet-shaped , fabric can be natural diffusion effectively , regularly order and reduce the fabric drape and color the phenomenon of chromatism.Cloth guide roller adopts frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, which makes the fabric guide speed match the overflow jet speed, can effectively prevent the cloth blocked caused by fabric guide too fast or too much tension. Tub spread within the party truncated circular fabric guide tube , prevent the cloth wrinkles , cut short cloth line operation , reduce the time to take off the liquid , increase the cloth cycle.
4. This machine is equipped with a temperature program control device , according to different process , set heating , heat preservation , cooling rate to improve the dyeing quality stability and reliability .
